After production of the contract the order for the Product can just be cancelled by the Purchaser if the Seller consents to the cancellation and the Buyer compensates the Seller for all expenses connected with the work carried out in relation to the agreement and also pays the Seller a quantity equivalent to the profits which the Seller would have attained had the agreement been finished.
6. If the Seller, at any time including after creation of the agreement, considers the credit of the Buyer unacceptable the Seller may: (a) require security for payment of the Purchase Price. (b) Keep shipment up until such security is received, and/or (c) cancel the agreement. 7 (Group Training in Padbury ). These conditions (which will only be waived in writing signed by the Seller) shall dominate all conditions of the Purchaser's order to the extent of any inconsistency.

Where the storage is at a location remote from the installation website, transfer of our materials to website is the responsibility of the buyer.
14. If the Buyer needs unique packaging in relation to the Goods it should be consented to in writing between the Buyer and the Seller, and the expense of the exact same is to the Buyer's account and accordingly will be consisted of in the Purchase Cost. If the Seller fails to consist of the expense of unique packing in the Purchase Cost the Purchaser need to pay to the Seller such expenses on need.

If payment is not made on the due date, the Seller might charge interest on the amount payable at the rate of 5% over the 90 day bank bill rate suitable on the day the payment is due. 23. The Purchase Price is not inclusive of goods and services tax, unless otherwise defined in composing.
